Overall we're happy so I'll give them a 5, but there were a few things I was disappointed with. The first guy to come out and make a plan did it incorrectly and he is no longer with the company. When the installer came he noticed that the plans were done wrong so as he was installing he fixed the issue. But when the county came to verify the work the paperwork didn't match the work that was done. So they had to go re-do the paperwork to match. Anyway that issue just prevented us from being able to get the panels hooked up for about a month after the install.
I definitely give Smart Solar a 5 star review. Everyone we worked with from Dave the salesman to the installation crew were very professional, knew their stuff and responded to our questions and concerns promptly. Great work folks!!
I have had a great experience with Smart Solar! My consultant, Dave, has answered every question promptly. He has provided me with lots of information about my solar panels and monitoring them. The installers were prompt and efficient. They also answered my questions cordially. My panels are up and performing well. Being a part of the Smart Solar family has been a 5 Star adventure! I look forward to a long and positive relationship with the Smart Solar team.
Smart Solar was amazing to work with. The price point was right, the installation was done very carefully to my picky specifications, and I haven't had a single problem with anything that they haven't gone above and beyond to resolve. Dave V. on the sales team is responsive and informative, and Andy and Skyler were rockstar technicians/installers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Now that they are up and running, we really like having them. My husband really likes that he can use his phone to check the panels to see how much power they are generating.
